UX Design

Business needed to scale a consumer facing program that it would struggle to support from a care center perspective based on number of calls received in current state. UX was tasked with streamlining the digital process and creating enhanced content to help customers self serve with confidence, no matter where they were in the sales cycle.

Design Thinking Workshop

The business needed a way to bring three teams, with three distinct areas of expertise, together to create an impactful offer library to be leveraged for personalization on their website. The teams needed to leverage each other for data, customer insight, channel experience and content.

AI Enablement

Post-covid business is rapidly changing, with the ever growing need to do more with the same amount of resources. From an organizational lens, we needed to understand how to best leverage the tools in our tech stack to accelerate design and development tasks.

UX Research

After being tasked with merging a process between two regions, we took a look at analytics to find areas of opportunity. From there we came up with several hypothesis to test with users. The results were both validating and surprising.
